Purchased 2 of the G4 powersets and have not gotten any of the features to work right. Listening to Ipod & receive a call, the party cannot hear you. When the call ends, cannot get the bluetooth to hook back up to receive Ipod music. If you contact “customer support”, they tell you the only option is to reinstall the headset in pairing mode. Wait till someone else comes out with a good product.
